All disclosures comply with Internal Revenue Code Section 7216 and related Treasury Regulations governing the confidentiality of tax return information.

Our data protection practices are consistent with IRS Publication 4557, Safeguarding Taxpayer Data, and the Federal Trade Commission Safeguards Rule.
5. Data Retention
Client records are retained only for the period necessary to comply with IRS regulations, legal obligations, and professional standards. When records are no longer required, they are securely destroyed in accordance with our data disposal policies.
