These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Boyd Tax Advisors, a division of Gray Rock Consulting, LLC, located in Tampa, Florida. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

Boyd Tax Advisors provides tax preparation, tax consulting, tax planning, and taxpayer representation services. We do not provide legal advice or financial investment advice unless expressly stated in writing. Our services are based on information provided by the client, and we do not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of client provided data.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for us to perform our services. You are responsible for reviewing all tax returns, filings, and documents before submission and for confirming their accuracy. You remain solely responsible for the content of all tax filings and any resulting tax liabilities, penalties, or interest.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are based on the scope of services provided and are communicated prior to engagement. Payment is due according to the terms stated in your engagement agreement or invoice. Unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We make no guarantees regarding tax results, refunds, audit outcomes, or positions taken on tax returns. Tax laws and interpretations are subject to change and are dependent on individual circumstances and regulatory discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Boyd Tax Advisors and Gray Rock Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Professional Standards

Services are performed in accordance with applicable IRS regulations, including Circular 230, and professional ethical standards governing Enrolled Agents. We reserve the right to withdraw from any engagement that violates professional standards or legal requirements.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with Internal Revenue Code Section 7216 and our Privacy Policy. Client information will not be disclosed without consent except as required by law.

8. Use of Website

Our website is provided for informational purposes only. Content does not constitute tax advice and does not create a client relationship unless a formal engagement agreement is executed.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time in writing. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. We are not responsible for deadlines or filings after termination.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
